Heat Bending：
Put the glass in the mould. Temperature can reach 700 degree.
Heat bending time is 38 second for one piece screen protector.
Tempering:
Pre-heat 1 hour, temper 4 hours, heat-dissipation 1 hour, total 6 hours.
Temperature is 385~400 degree. Temper more than 10000pcs at one time.
Ultrasonic Clearning:
Imported advance machine.
Coating:
Oleophobic coat by advance machines after polishing.
Baking:
Reach 120 degree.
Liminating:
Stick explosion proof film. Output more than 5000pcs per day.
Inspection:
100% inspection for the finished screen protector.
